I have taken my jeep to another dealer for water leaking and it took them 2 visits and a total of a month of having it and they never found the leak. I eventually gave up, and now on rainy days clean the carpet. Another issue developed with a ticking in the engine. I had heard good things about the service department here. So I took the risk. I dropped it off after hours on a Saturday, they called Monday to confirm the work, then Tuesday mid day to tell me it was fixed and ready. When I picked up my jeep they showed me the part they replaced and explained the issue. The service department is excellent. And should i need to go back, I will use them again.
